Abstract
Components in open environments are reusable and loosely coupled, enter and leave organizations, but even the most reusable set-vice is not useful if it cannot be found by those responsible for creating potential consumers. In this paper a Service Facilator Agent (SFA) is presented to deal with service management in Open Multi-Agent Systems. The SFA functionality is based on semantic web services and provides an accurate service composition based on planning techniques and being aware of service execution time.
