Abstract

One of the basic competences entrusted to the first subjects of urbanism of the Schools of Architecture focuses on the capacity to configure urban spaces that satisfy aesthetic and technical requirements. In this line, we offer the results obtained from the application of an active learning methodology with a certain degree of game, focused on learning to compose urban spaces from the use of regletas configuring small evolutionary models and calculating the basic parameters of their configuration. The results obtained in this experience have been very positive, highlighting the increase in concentration, increased motivation, greater collaboration between peers and teachers and comparison processes allowing to level the results.
