The objective of this work is the study and development of a pervious concrete used as a pavement for light traffic, in a cold environment and in a cold saline environment. Moreover, the bond in traction of paint coatings applied on different surface stages of the pervious concrete. Four types of concrete with different mix design have been studied and manufactured, two with relation w/c=0.27 and two with relation w/c=0.33, and cement contents of 343 and 300 kg/m3 The workability obtained for each concrete has been evaluated. The critical properties such as permeability and mechanical resistance to compression and bending at three different ages (7, 28 and 60 days) with and without freeze-thaw treatment have been studied. The influence of the freeze-thaw cycles has been analyzed by determining the loss of mass after treatment.
