Abstract

Organizations are a powerful way to coordinate complex behavior in human society Thus human organizations can serve as a basis for better understanding and designing open multi agent systems Organizational models have been recently used in agent theory for modelling coordination in open systems and to en sure social order in multi agent system applications This work discusses several organizational features of organization oriented multiagent system methodologies and analyzes whether they take into account human organizational designs More over several guidelines that my organization oriented MAS methodology must take into account are proposed
