Abstract

The Inverted Classroom, or Flip Classroom is a pedagogical method that modifies the traditional order of teaching. In this paper, we describe a Flip experience developed with students of the first course, of the Tourism Grade and analyze the impact of the new methodology, both on performance and on attitude towards mathematical tasks performed with the help of the program Microsoft Excel (c). The results do not indicate an improvement in performance. However, they do indicate an improvement in the attitude towards mathematical activities.
